AN AQUEOUS VISCOELASTIC COMPOSITION

An aqueous viscoelastic composition, useful in the transportation of water-insoluble particulate solids, contains 0.05-10% of a sulfonated aromatic hydrocarbon and 0.02-1.5% of a high-molecular poly(ethylene oxide).
