LAYING COST OF PIPELINE INCREASES

Itemized pipeline construction cost indexes (1946 basis) are tabulated for 1948, 1950, 1952, 1954, 1956, 1958, 1960, 1962, 1964, 1965, 1966, and 1967; and preliminary figures are given for 1968. Itemized cost indexes for refinery operating costs (1956 basis), refinery construction wages (1946 basis), and refinery equipment or material (1964 basis) are tabulated for 1954, 1960, 1965, 1966, 1967, and August 1968.
