NEW 5000 AND 10,000 LB CAPACITY EMBEDMENT ANCHORS

New 5000 and 10,000 lb capacity embedment anchors can be used in either hard or soft bottom conditions for anchoring offshore pipelines and ship mooring systems applied by a submersible. The Vertohold anchor is fixed into the bottom by a gun assembly and becomes permanently keyed to permit direct vertical pull, according to Edo Western Corp. Emplacements can be initiated from the surface by means of a remote firing lead or by contact with the bottom. In both cases, fuses incorporate an out-of-line safety feature. The gun assembly can be recovered and reused.
