Developing a Systematic Approach for Determining Construction Contract Time

The objective of the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 08-114 project was to develop a comprehensive guidebook that could provide a systematic approach for determining construction contract time for a wide spectrum of highway projects. The guidebook is expected to encompass procedures, methods, and tools that can improve the accuracy and reliability of determining construction contract time. This research report describes the data collection, data analysis methods, and other work tasks performed by the research team to gather necessary information for completing the specified objectives and tasks.
