Innovative Tools and Techniques to Accelerate Pavement Construction Workshop: Workshop Materials

This accelerated pavement construction workshop covered the following topics: (1) pavement evaluation procedures - the description and criteria for selecting candidate projects and the description of the available tools and analysis software for pavement testing; (2) the basics of establishing a testing plan; (3) traffic control - the timing strategies, the analysis basics, and the software description; and (4) cost and time savings, including a Bryan district SH 6 case study demonstrating savings provided by using these techniques and tools.
