Critical review of design and development practices that relate to access for people with disability (universal access): Part 3 Investigation of accessibility for people with disability and NDIS - Year 1 (2019/20)
The Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) has committed to improving the provision of accessible transport infrastructure for all users with a significant focus being placed on access for people with disabilities. The third report aimed to identify what provisions need to be put in place when topography results in undignified accessibility for people with disability and to investigate if electric assistance technology and NDIS is changing design user capabilities.
