Development of Cooling Model of Hybrid Vehicle Transaxle
The authors developed a model for designing cooling systems of Hybrid Vehicle Transaxle. Of the model coefficients, they must obtain thermal resistance experimentally, but it is difficult to measure because parasitic thermal resistance in measurement setup influences the result. Here, the authors report how they solved the problems and could calculate motor temperature precisely with the model. It will help to facilitate and optimize the designing of future cooling systems.
