MECHANISM AND CHARACTERISTICS OF 200T ELEVATING VEHICLE
The shipbuilding block system is in common use today in shipyards, and the size of a block has increased from 100 tons to 200 tons or 300 tons. A 200t elevating vehicle has been designed for efficient transport of large-size blocks in restricted areas. The 200t unit has discarded rubber solid tires in favor of pneumatic rubber tires, is capable of steering in all directions, and when two of them are linked together side by side they can be operated as a single unit. A single centralized steering system simplifies the hydraulic-electric system, improves reliability, and facilitates maintenance and inspection.
