This Volume explores numerous ways in which transit station proximity affects the location of people and households over time based on their race/ethnicity, householder age, household type, and commute mode. Analyses are reported by mode and Place Typology. It also includes analysis of the extent to which household transportation costs are reduced with respect to light rail transit (LRT) station proximity and the nature of cost change over time.
