Relationship Between Kansei Evaluation and Physical Characteristics of Automotive Switches
In a vehicle, many switches having different operation modes are located around the cockpit. In order to realize a high-quality operation feeling with these switches, the authors evaluated the operation feeling of three types of switches, push, dial, and pull, which have different operation modes, and determined the optimum switch physical characteristics. Regarding these, the authors consider the difference in operation and characteristics.
