Application of Crash Modification Factors for Access Management, Volume 2: Research Overview

The objective of this project was to develop and refine crash modification factors (CMFs) and safety performance functions (SPFs) for access management features and develop guidance to assist transportation agencies in quantifying the safety impacts of their decisions related to access management. This Volume provides an analysis of crash modification factors and safety performance functions for access management features.
