STUDIES ON THE HYDRAULIC LOSS IN PIPE BENDS

The relationship between the hydraulic loss and the velocity distribution in ducts with three or more 90-elbows located successively is investigated experimentally. The results are compared with those in the previous paper and an approach to estimate the hydraulic loss due to many elbows combined is discussed.
