AN ARTICLE IS TRANSPORTED THROUGH A PIPELINE IN A FLUID
An article is transported through a pipeline in a fluid while enclosed in or formed into the shape of an elongated capsule of smaller cross-sectional area than the pipeline. The capsule has at least three longitudinal fins spaced around its periphery and provided with fluid passages. Alternatively, the fins are radial rather than longitudinal and are perforated to permit fluid passage.
