EVALUACION DE CAMBIOS TOPOGRAFICOS DE TALUDES CARRETEROS USANDO LA METODOLOGIA INSAR

Esta investigacion propone aplicar la metodologia InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) en zonas dentro del eje carretero que fueron danadas por el colapso de un talud, con el objetivo de evaluar las capacidades de la metodologia InSAR para detectar movimientos verticales en el talud antes del colapso, utilizando imagenes y software de acceso libre proporcionados por la agencia espacial europea. Se consideran dos casos de analisis, el primero, en la autopista Toluca-Zitacuaro en el km 50+800 donde se presento un derrumbe el 25 de septiembre del 2019, y el segundo caso, es la autopista Cuacnopalan-Oaxaca en el km 102+800 donde se derrumbo un cerro el 19 de junio del 2018. Las imagenes SAR provenientes de Sentinel-1 se procesaron con el software SNAP/SNAPHU aplicando InSAR Diferencial. De la autopista Toluca-Zitacuaro se procesaron 9 interferogramas y de la autopista Cuacnopalan-Oaxaca 10. Adicionalmente, se procesaron los dos casos de estudio con el software SARPROZ aplicando la metodologia PSI (Persistent Scatterers InSAR) y QSI (Quasi-Scatterers InSAR). Los resultados presentan una tendencia antes de que sucediera el colapso en los taludes, sin embargo, la aplicacion de imagenes con mayor resolucion, un software comercial o el desarrollo del mismo, mejoraría la resolucion y precision el estudio. Abstract: This research proposes to apply InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) methodology in areas within road where previously a slope collapsed. The idea is to assess the capabilities of InSAR for detecting slope’s vertical displacements that produced the known collapse using free SAR images and software provided by the European Space Agency. Two cases of study are considered, the first one is at the 50+800 km in the TolucaZtacuaro road, were a collapse took place in September 2019. The second case is the slope at the 102+800 km in the Cuacnopalan-Oaxaca road, where part of a mountain collapsed in June 2018. The SAR images were provided by the satellite mission Sentinel-1 and processed using SNAP/SNAPHU software with the methodology Differential InSAR. For the Toluca-Zitacuaro road, 9 interferograms were processed, while 10 were obtained for the Cuacnopalan-Oaxaca road. Additionally, both cases were determined with SARPROZ using PSI (Persistent Scatterers InSAR) and QSI (Quasi- Scatterers InSAR) methodologies. The results presented a tendency before the slope’s collapse, however, the fact of using SAR images with a better resolution and even a commercial software would improve the accuracy of applying InSAR.
