Optimization of Multi-Type Electric Bus Configuration for Single Route

Urban traffic congestion is becoming more serious, and vigorous development of public transportation has become one of the main ways to solve this problem. In order to alleviate the waste of resources due to the unreasonable configuration of electric bus, and to obtain the maximum benefit for the bus companies, a multi-type configuration optimization model for electric bus with single route is established. Different types of electric bus are configured for single routes in different periods. Python and Xpress software are used to solve the example configuration results. Through comparative analysis, the electric bus configuration scheme is optimized, and the feasibility of proposing an electric bus configuration optimization model is verified.
