STATE FUNDING OF ALCOHOL SAFETY COUNTERMEASURE PROGRAMS
The study was to analyze current State practices in funding State alcohol highway safety programs. The results were intended to provide guidelines for establishing and improving self-sustaining alcohol safety programs.
