MLS PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT, TASK IV. VOLUME I. EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND EQUIPMENT DESIGN
Preliminary flight-check procedures and system tolerances for the Microwave Landing System (MLS) are presented. A data-collection and recording package for use in light-aircraft measurement of MLS parameters in support of the System Test and Evaluation Program (STEP) is included containing a ground reference system, digital telemetry link airborne MLS sensor unit and system computation/display element.
