A STUDY OF ROAD MAINTENANCE STANDARDS, COSTING AND MANAGEMENT: STUDY SPECIFICATION AND TASK REPORTS
This report provides the source data from which the other study reports were compiled. The study implementation plan adopted by the principal technical committee of naasra is included together with reports on various aspects of the study prepared in conjunction with the state road authority liaison officers. Reports relate to the following tasks: planning and budgeting, maintenance activities, reference systems, inspections, maintenance feature inventory, defect identification and maintenance levels, work standards and methods, estimating, programming, scheduling and controlling, measuring, costing and reporting, training.
