ARKANSAS MOTORISTS: OPINIONS AND ATTITUDES ABOUT DRINKING, DRIVING AND ENFORCEMENT OF RELATED LAWS
This report presents the results of a statewide survey of Arkansas drivers' awareness, opinions, and patterns of behavior with respect to drinking and driving and the nature and enforcement of laws concerning those activities. The study was designed to provide the information base to facilitate planning and implementation of a public information campaign to heighten Arkansans' levels of awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving and the legal consequences thereof; thus the study also investigates the media habits of the respondents.
