STATE-OF-THE-ART OF SURFACE RECYCLING
The present knowledge and practice of asphaltic surface recycling is presented. A review of the available information has shown the practicability of restoring the desirable characteristics of pavement surfaces through the use of heater planer or scarifier processes. Also discussed are specifications for recycling agents and for construction procedures. (Author)
