RESEARCH PRIORITIES FOR ARCTIC SHIPS
The most recent project of the MS-9 Panel was to identify and establish research priorities for Arctic commercial ships by surveying key individuals in industry and government from Canada and the U.S.A. The purpose of this paper is to present the details and results of that survey which, in effect, gives a current assessment for the direction of commercial icebreaking ship research. (Author)
