SULFUR MAKES PAVING INROADS
The paper reports that the first large-scale application of sulphlex, a flexible paving material that uses plasticized sulfur instead of asphalt as a binder, has been placed on 1. 5 miles of Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas and discusses the methods of application.
