E-commerce Logistics in Canada
A review of how the e-commerce supply chain is different from the traditional supply chain is presented, followed by what potential implications this could have on the first-, middle-, and last mile operations along with a review of existing or potential policies that could be considered by different levels of government to manage the impact of e-commerce. The paper concludes with an initial thought on data needs for understanding e-commerce, and potential next steps for this study.
