CONTAINER MANUFACTURERS-WHAT PROSPECTS
With over 750 delegates from 45 countries in attendance, the Third Container Technology Conference organized by CARGO SYSTEMS and held in London recently provided an opportunity to review the current state of the industry and to examine the ongoing growth potential of containerisation. This review of the proceedings of the first day of the conference highlights the impact that world trade development and other influences, as outlined by various speakers, are likely to have on the progress and requirements of the container industry in the short to medium term.
