NEW BUILDING PLAN ASSURES STURDY BRIDGES
The AASHTO fracture control plan is a joint creation of the Federal Highway Department and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Developed in answer to a number of bridge failures, the plan spells out material and processing specifications for fracture-critical members.
