POTENTIAL MOBILITY: A SIMULTANEOUS ROUTE AND ZONAL OUTPUT MEASURE

A measure of transit agency produced output that has characteristics amenable to disaggregate service analysis is introduced. Potential mobility is a simultaneous route and zonal output measure that has the ability to portray route outputs based on their spatial extent and the opportunities they serve, and zonal measures of transit service based on the characteristics of each route serving them.
