LOW-VOLUME ROADS: SECOND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. COUNTY VIEWPOINT

In discussing the interest of counties in low-volume roads, it is pointed out that counties bear the responsibility to construct and maintain them. Further discussion centers on opportunities for fully utilizing all available funding sources, uniformity in spending money, and the problems created by having one uniform set of laws, regulations, directives and standards which are applicable to both state and counties.
