Study on the Improvement of Service Quality of Expressway Service Area Based on the Interpretative Structural Model

The improvement of service quality in the expressway service areas is of great significance to meeting the needs of the people and realizing the sustainable development of expressway service areas. This study is intended to propose the main factors affecting the service quality of China’s expressway service areas from the systematic perspective of planning layout, government management, enterprise management, social supervision, diversified development, etc.; adopt the ISM to evaluate the factors affecting the service quality of service areas; construct a path to improve service quality in expressway service area on the basis of this; and finally, use examples to verify this method to provide a reference for the highway service area managers to grasp the key and improve the service quality of the expressway service area.
