HANDBOOK FOR ROAD SAFETY OFFICERS

The handbook is designed to offer guidance to road safety officers as a reference work for the road safety service. Activities within the scope of the road safety officer are detailed and appropriate methods suggested in the following sections: structure; finance; communication; administration; formulation of road safety programme; education of the road user; training the road user; and, engineering.
