ATTITUDES AND URBAN TRAVEL BEHAVIOR: A CASE STUDY IN TRENTON, NEW JERSEY
This paper presents some results of an urban transportation-related attitude survey of Trenton, New Jersey. Changing views on the relationship of attitude and behavior are examined. The complexity of the relationship is stressed, as well as the multiplicity of factors affecting behavior and the importance of interaction among attitudes. The survey of Trenton's travel behavior is described.
