QUADRICON PREFABRICATED SYSTEM FOR BRIDGES
Details are given of the use of the quadricon prefabricated system of bridge design and construction in India. The quadricon system consists of optimised prefabricated steel modules of "convenient to handle" sizes. These are assembled to provide bridge super structures of any span and width and designed to cater to any loading, at the same time maintaining high efficiency in productive utilisation of structural properties and capacities of the materials used.
