The report consists of two work notes concerning design of concrete pavements. The first one gives a summary of theories and methods for calculating bending stresses in concrete pavements. The second note contains proposals for design of test pavements in tunnels. This report is a result of research described in IRRD research project 604 859. (TRRL)
