The content of this report is built up systematically, showing terms of quantity, time and capacity related to their use in different stages of the planning process. The introduction part outlines some general production terms. The special field of application "handling of masses of earth and rock, mass-transports" is dealt with in a separate chapter and after that, terms for quantity and time are analyzed as basis for the next chapter concerning capacity and time coefficients. The discussed terms and concepts are illustrated in an example showing the procedures for cost calculation and data control in different stages. In order to make it easier for the reader to find definitions, a word list referring to pages where the words appear is located at the end of the report. views or of historical interest are set up, such as the "pyramide de La gare du perthus" and the "archeodrome" in the beaune region.
