SMALL MOTORCYCLE STUDY. STAGE 1: ECONOMIC OVERVIEW
This report examines the economics of the operation of small motorcycles and mopeds as an alternative form of transport in Adelaide. It shows that the use of small motorcycles during peak and off-peak periods could result in a significant economic benefit to both the individuals who transfer to motorcycles and to other road users.
