The immediate impact of gasoline shortages on urban travel behavior. The study examined whether price was an important consideration in automobile use during the constrained supply period. Questionnaire designed around a four dimensional matrix concerned primarily with the trade-off between price and availability, time frame, trip type and attributes of the transportation system. 159 respond. Small-scale home survey technique.
