1974 NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION REPORT: URBAN DATA SUPPLEMENT
The data reported in this supplement were for three reporting periods: 1) 1972 inventory 2) 1972-1990 plan 3) 1972-1980 program. Organization of data supplement: The major sections of this data supplement generally follow the organization of Chapter V of the 1974 National Transportation Report: Section A: Capital Costs. Section B: Annual Operating Costs. Section C: Physical Facilities & Equipment. Section D: Demand and Supply. Section E: Performance Indicators. Section F: Social and Environmental Impacts. Section G: Urbanized Area Populations. Each section is divided into two subsections: (1) a first section containing summary tables for urbanized area population classes and (2) a second section presenting the detailed figures for each urbanized area.
