PROBLEME DER INTEGRATION PSYCHOLOGISCHER UND PHYSIOLOGISCHER BEANSPRUCHUNGSMODELLE UND DEREN EXPERIMENTELLE UEBERPRUEFUNG

Problems associated with the definition and measurement of stress are indicated, together with the difficulties involved in validation testing. A model is presented which is based on recognised requirements for a sensible concept of stress forecasting. Reference is made to the significance of personal, situational and interaction effects in stress reactions. With respect to an ongoing laboratory study, the selection of the people examined, the prescribed situations and the variables taken into account are justified, and a description given of the progress of the test. Details are given of the complex evaluation of the data obtained. (TRRL)
