An Extended Diesel Engine Control-oriented Model with Multiple Fuel Injections


For realizing a model-based control system of a diesel engine, a control oriented model with three-stage fuel injections has been developed by authors. In this study, the model is expanded to treat four-stage fuel injections and its accuracy is evaluated by comparing with experimental results. Furthermore, its scalability of a modularly-structured calculation method to predict the spray shape, the ignition timing and the combustion for one fuel injection is discussed.ディーゼルエンジンのモデルベースト制御を目指してこれまでに構築した3段の燃料噴射を行うモデルを拡張し,4段噴射まで対応可能な計算負荷の軽い制御用モデルを構築する.構築したモデルを実験結果と比較し,その予測制度を評価するとともに,モジュール化された噴霧から着火,燃焼モデルの拡張可能性について検討する.
