Study on Control Method of Deformation Mode considering the Bending Moment Generated in the Member

部材に生じる曲げモーメントを考慮した変形モード制御指針の検討

In order to study deformation mode control, three-point bending analysis of the hat member with the strength distribution was carried out. As a result, it was found that a desired deformation mode can be obtained by optimizing the material strength difference and the plate thickness difference. Furthermore, it was found that the material strength difference required to control the deformation mode becomes larger as the plate thickness of the member becomes thinner.変形モード制御の指針を構築するため、強度分布を設けたハット部材の3点曲げ解析を実施した。この結果、材料強度差及び板厚差を最適化すれば、所望の変形モードが得られることが判明した。さらに、変形モードを制御するために必要な材料強度差は部材の板厚が薄くなるほど、大きくなることがわかった。
