This is the final version of the County Council's plan covering the five years period 1980-85. The plan takes account of the government's changed public expenditure plans for 1979/80 and 1980/1, and is presented in 9 sections: (1) introduction; (2) background to public transport planning; (3) Clwyd County Council's policies for public transport; (4) the public transport system in Clwyd; (5) problems and issues affecting public transport in Clwyd; (6) the public transport system in Clwyd 1980/1 to 1984/5; (7) market analysis projects; (8) consultations; (9) agreements with public transport operators.
