Formulation of a Simple Compensation Model for Diesel Cylinder Pressure Sensor by Analyzing Effects of Deposit on Sensing Performance (Second Report)
ディーゼル筒内圧センサのデポジット堆積による感度変化に対する 補償モデルの構築(第2報)
A simple on-board model was proposed to compensate CPS (cylinder pressure sensor) output based on the springmass- damper model in the previous paper. In this paper, compensation capability of the proposed model was evaluated with several engine tests following investigations of deposit characteristics with a nanoindenter and a micro-focus X-ray computed tomography system. The results showed that a spring constant of the model was proved to be related to sensor dispersion, an attenuation coefficient was proved to be related to a detecting speed of the pressure sensor. The proposed model well compensated effects of the deposit clogging by identifying these constants during motoring state.ディーゼルエンジンの燃費・排ガス性能向上と燃焼ロバスト性の両立のための検出手段であるグロー一体型筒内圧センサの精度向上を目的とした.デポジット堆積状態の分析により考案した,感度低下を表現できるバネマスダンパモデルをエンジンにて適用する手法を検討した.減速燃料無噴射時を想定したモータリング状態での基準値との差異に着目し、バネ定数はセンサ出力値の差から,ダンパ定数は圧力変化速度の差から調整する手段を構築.目標以内への補正を可能とした.
