COLD ASPHALT RECYCLING PROCESS CUTS ROAD REPAVING COSTS

The paper reports how pavement replacement costs are cut by a third with cold recycling in place using an asphalt-bearing recycling agent. The agent used is reported to eliminate a step in the conventional cold recycling process in which the reclamation agent and the new asphalt are added to the recycled mix in two separate operations.
