URBAN EXPRESSWAY REBUILT ON RECYCLED CONCRETE BASE
The report deals with the reconstruction of 28-year-old Chicago expressway. The highway recycling project included crushing of the old concrete pavement, removing its reinforcing steel and reusing the material as base.
