THE CASE FOR IMPROVED STREET LIGHTING

One of the many problems currently facing highway authorities is determining priorities in respect of allocating decreasing funds available for highway improvements. It looks at the development of street lighting, the current assessments of benefits, the latest design recommendations and the justification for further improvements. (a) (TRRL)
