FRAMEWORK FOR INVOLVING LOCAL CITIZENS IN A SMALL URBAN AREA'S TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PROCESS
This paper presents a framework developed for involving citizens in transportation planning efforts in a small area. The paper describes the steps involved in the citizen participation process, provides a critique of the process, and outlines recommendations based on the results of the process. (Authors)
