RECLAIMING AGENT AIDS RECYCLING
The paper reports how recycled asphalt mix is placed on one-mile section of George Washington Memorial Parkway in two 2-1/2 in. layers for a total thickness of five in. Various mix designs were tried before the final combination of 15 percent Cyclogen L reclaiming agent and 85 percent 163 pen asphalt was selected.
