KVICKSUND BRIDGES

A description of the electrical equipment supplied by ASEA for the new bascule bridges at Kvicksund, Sweden is presented. The electrical equipment consists of road barriers, navigation and traffic signals, drives and operating equipment. The new Kvicksund Bridges consist of two road bridge leaves with three lanes and a separate railway bridge structure.
