ANALYSIS OF BUS STRUCTURES UNDER DYNAMIC LOADING

BERECHNUNG VON OMNIBUSSTRUKTUREN UNTER DYNAMISCHER BELASTUNG

The structural analysis of a bus body is divided into two facets: the analysis of the loading and the interpretation of the results by means of stress comparison or life span calculation, this method of calculation is explained in the paper with the aid of illustrations. For many structural points and for the large range of frequency spectra such a life span calculation of a complex structure is exceptionally time consuming. Such calculation must, therefore be restricted to individual cases.
