Modeling and dynamic analysis for a kind of transportation system

This paper focuses on optimizing system management support for urban rail transit stations. A max-plus general modeling framework is utilized to solve the problem of coordinating several traffic flows to optimize the urban rail transit system. Train flow behavior and traffic dynamics are described using a time-driven model and discrete event model. Control strategies such as increasing the number of trains are analyzed. The aim is to introduce a new analysis technique and obtain key features of an urban rail transit system.
