RAILROAD SERVICES FOR THE TRANSPORT OF HIGHLY REFRIGERATED GASES EXTRACTED FROM THE AIR
L'OFFRE FERROVIAIRE DANS LE TRANSPORT DES GAZ DE L'AIR FORTEMENT REFRIGERES
Research conducted by the French National Railways is outlined. The research resulted in the promotion of a traffic which is highly specialized but already important and expanding. One of the interesting by-products of a set of liquefied-gas tank cars is its inherent flexibility and safety for helping out a production unit short of transport capacity or meeting an exceptional need.
